The estate is the "Armando Di Tullio" barracks complex, called "Ex-Casermette" too.
It has a large plot of land of 73,100 m2, almost flat, with several buildings inside, here listed: 6 buildings with a C-shaped conformity, located symmetrically in relation to the main axis, with a floor above ground.
- 2 buildings, almost symmetric, one used as "Guardhouse" and one used as housing for the official staff, internally split in 2 building units with separate entrance from the common external area;
- 1 building formerly used as dining hall, now unused;
- other little buildings located in the area, among which an ENEL cabin, buildings used as garages, four self-standing sheds just constructed, an electricity station and several warehouses.
